Our catered Italian menu includes a bread dipping bar, starter salad, entrée, a selection of Valentine desserts and a complimentary glass of wine!

Tomato Boccocini Salad
Artichoke, Sundried Tomato with Roasted Pepper Salad
Orzo Salad with an avocado and oregano vinaigette.

Our Pasta Entrees
Grilled Chicken and Fusilli Pasta with a Creamy Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce.
Penne Puttanesca Neopolitan with capers, tomatoes and olives in a stewed tomato sauce served with fresh parmesan. (for those with allergies there will be wheat free pasta too!)

Our trio of Starter Salads and Pasta Entrees are catered by Chef Richard of Chef Live.

A selection of decadent Valentine Desserts all paired with a complimentary glass of Italian red or white wine. Wine may be purchased throughout evening.

Cheema takes home the Championship title at Nationals!!

For the third year in a row, Cheema has proudly shown to the country that Cheema power is still going strong! this year our athletes and coaches traveled to Regina, Saskachewan to race. With over 50 athletes ranging from the age of 12 to not quite senior citizen age they all proudly came home with at least one medal. Many thanks to Coach Diana and Coach Mike for their countless hours of guidance and support throughout the year!!
